We inspect the watch to ensure it matches the ad, and if approved, we release the money to the seller minus 10% of the final price – our fixed fee for every transaction. Slide 4: Investing in Omnivalor The initial number of shares in Omnivalor is 1,000,000. In the first round, we are seeking 1,000,000 SEK (~100,000 USD) in BTC or cash for the first 100,000 shares, at a price of 10 SEK (~1 USD) per share. This provides early investors with a low entry threshold and significant potential. In the second round, we are seeking 20,000,000 SEK (~2,000,000 USD) in cash for an additional 200,000 shares, at a higher price based on the platform’s development. With these funds in place, we will begin rebuilding the platform and plan a launch. After launch, we will continue selling shares in the company at increasing prices until we decide to pursue an IPO on the US stock market, limiting the total number of shares to no more than 2,100,000 – one tenth of the total amount of Bitcoins.
