Jason Dewitt Eliminated

Jason Dewitt pushed the last of his chips into the middle from under-the-gun holding {K-Clubs}{A-Hearts} and found himself in a classic race against Ramzi Jelassi who held {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}.

The board ran out {J-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} to give Jelassi a full house an eliminate Dewitt from the Main Event.

Bustade just på 71:a plats med AK mot A10 all in preflop mot Max pescatore.

Play continues on the Feature Table

With moving players backwards and forwards between the main floor and the feature table there is often time stoppages on the tournament clock to allow players an equal amount of play time.

The feature table is still currently playing but will be going to their dinner very soon.

Andy Black is on the feature table and is now up to 400,000 in chips. In a battle of the blinds between Bracht and Black we saw some very aggressive poker. Black raised from the big blind after Bracht had limped in. Bracht then moved all-in and had Black covered. Black instantly called.

Bracht 9h.gif7d.gif

Black had to sweat as Bracht picked up a double gutser on the flop but Black held on and is now in a really good spot to push forward and finish even higher than his third place finish in last years Aussie Millions Main Event.

Black was quoted saying to Bracht "It's very dangerous raising a man who reads people for a living"

6-handat?

Jelassi Doubles Up; Gets Penalty for Exposing Cards

An interesting hand devloped between Ramzi Jelassi and Michael Chrisanthopoulos. Here what happened...

Michael Chrisanthopoulos raised to 26,000. Ramzi Jelassi bet 190,000. He had 190,000 and held a 5,000 chip in his hand as he pushed his stack into the pot in an "all in" motion. Except, he was not all in and had 5,000 left. Michael Chrisanthopoulos just called. Jelassi forgot about the chip and thought he was all in so he exposed his cards... .

Michael Chrisanthopoulos bet 5,000 in the dark. The flop came down A-9-5. Jelassi tossed in his last 5,000. The river was a 6 and the river a 3. Michael Chrisanthopoulos mucked his hand and Jelassi doubled up.

After the hand, Jelassi was given a five hand penalty for exposing his hand. He had to sit out five hands over the next orbit. He increased his stack to almost 390,000.
