Möjlighet att få tillbaka pengar från gamla sportingbet

Hallå. Hade en del smet på Sportingbet (gaaamla paradise poker). Skulle logga in där för någon dag sedan och märker att att de sålts till annat bolag Augusti 2017. Tilt delux då kontot inte finns kvar på nya sportingbet. Gamla sidan ser ut såhär: https://se.sportingbet.com/. Mailen som står där får jag inget svar på. På den nya sidan säger de bara att jag inte har något konto reggat där.

Hade fått detta mail 1 augusti 2017

The business has taken the decision to close the se.sportingbet.com website to focus its attention on the bwin brand in the Swedish market. This means that all se.sportingbet.com accounts will be closed on August 31st 2017.

You need to log in to your account on https://se.sportingbet.com before the site closes down on August 31st 2017 and spend or withdraw your balance. To withdraw your funds go to: “Mitt konto” (My account) -> “Gennemför ett uttag” (Make a withdrawal). From here you can make a withdrawal. Should you wish to save your account history or a report on unsettled bets, then this can be done under: “Mitt konto” (My account) -> “Kontohistorik” (Account History).
