  2. tror mycket av sötsuget försvinner när man slutar äta skräpmat. får man väl i sig socker eller sockrade produkter blir man snarare hungrigare än mättare, speciellt i drycketsform. samma med salt, speciellt saltade drycker som cola. sedan jag blivit lite mer hardcore med stenålders och periodisk fasta tappar jag också aptiten. händer ofta att jag tar fram en bit kött för att tina till lunch vid 3-tiden som jag sedan runt 9 på kvällen på hittar brun och inser att jag glömt av att äta. testa överdosera bea, smör, lax, entrecote etc och drick bara vatten så ska du se att sötsuget försvinner. men börjar du småäta choklad kommer det direkt tillbaka, min stora last i livet
