Culchie Postad 7 November , 2005 Rapport Postad 7 November , 2005 Hi, First time poster from Ireland ! In general, how do you view Irish internet poker players? We view Scananavians as being very risky, play any two cards, and not afraid to go all-in with nothing ! Good Luck ! * Some edit of the topic - QoS * Citera

Hjort Postad 7 November , 2005 Rapport Postad 7 November , 2005 Hmm.. I would have thoough you viewed us as 'rocks'. A loose cannon is a lot more likely to register at all than a nut peddler, hence they will seem like a disproportionately large part of all populations to most observers. Citera
Culchie Postad 7 November , 2005 Författare Rapport Postad 7 November , 2005 LOL, you may be right. I met some of your Spekter (?) poker pros over here in Dublin a couple of weekends ago a one of the EPT events, including the marketing manager for Spekter. Even he played 7 2 o beautifully, getting Paul Lecky, a good Irish pro to fold KK !! It was fun to see ! Citera

I have to correct you on this subject. What you are describing are the Danish and Norwegian poker players, plus our very own Swedish superstar, parre The very few Irish players i have met at the tables (Mostly at PL 5 card draw and PL Omaha) has played pretty straight forward. Lol. Or, lolla mig, as we say in Sweden. Which means lol me. I don't think I can recall playing with any Irish players though, I probably have, but they haven't made much of an impression so I don't recall them being from Ireland. Could be that I always lose all my money due to stupid all-ins with nothing after playing any two cards too far. Citera
drc Postad 7 November , 2005 Rapport Postad 7 November , 2005 I've played with Pal Lecky (live) and he was a bully at the table. Insanely loose and aggressive. When I was at his table he had a lot of chips so I guess he just was using is stack, but he was still a bully Citera

That's what I mean ...rocks ! We have our own Superstar now in Andy Black, who finished 5th in this years WSOP after two terrible bad beats on the final table. Nice talking to you folks anyway, nice forum. Skol Citera
