Ruterkung pottar PLO och spelar lite FLT

Jag skulle behöva lite spelteoriråd om ni kunde hjälpa mig med det. Så här ser situationen iallafall ut;

 

Vi spelar FLT med ante. Anten är ½ SB. Ponera att vi sitter 5 vid bordet och det ligger alltså 2BB i potten innan korten är utdelade. Spelet är löst och cap preflop är mer regel än undantag.

 

* Vilka kort öppnar vi med först ut?

 

* Börjar vi öppningslimpa och om ja, med vilka kort?

 

* Synar/trebetar vi en knapphöjning med J4o och dylikt i sb?

 

* Synar man med alla kort i bb oberoende av action innan? Gör ni någon skillnad om det är knapphöjning och trebet av sb?
