Jeg syns du folder for lett og ville prøvd en reraise. Det er middels til liten sannsynlighet for at han traff floppen og raisen hans er så liten at han kan holde for eksempel TT, 99, 88 etc. og at han setter deg på AK. Med PP er det da meget mulig (og vanlig) at han tester din continuation bet med en miniraise. AJ er mulig selvfølgelig, mens limp-call med KJ eller QJ fra UTG eventuelt er dårlig spilt Caller han og checker igjen på turn kan du checke tilbake om du vil og deretter prøve å se river så billig som mulig.

PREFLOP KQ er lett dominert og det er derfor litt vel optimistisk å raise fra UTG+1 her. FLOP (Pot 2.65$) Du treffer din flop og holder topp par med et mulig flush drag på bordet og en pot som er på 2.65$. Din bet på 0.5$ er alt for svak og gir deg derfor ingen særlig informasjon, selv om du blir raised. Pot size bet på ca. 2.5$ er bedre her. Raiser han da, er du muligens i trøbbel. TURN (Pot 6.65$) Hans 2$ bet til din check er litt forvirrende og som på flop må du raise om du vil ha informasjon eller vinne hånden. Igjen ville et pot size bet for info vært bedre. Dersom han er på flushdrag burde han bare checket turn for et gratis kort så hans 2$ bet er litt svakt. RIVER (Pot 10.65$) Du mini better bare og ber da om en raise her, dersom han har noen hånd som helst. Vanskelig å vite hva han har, med såpass svak satsing. Det er mulig han slowplayer et set som ikke er særlig smart med mulig flush drag på flop, eller så spiller han Qx eller et lavere par og er usikker på sin hånd. K ga deg to par på river, så det blir vanskelig å komme unna en call dersom han raiser. KONKLUSJON: Du bør vise mer aggresjon med topp par og en bra kicker på floppen. Bet tøffere og raise for information Hva hendte videre?

Godt poeng! Jeg glemmer ofte å tenke på hvordan de andre leser mitt spill. Jeg spilte veldig tight tidligere og min eneste veldig bra hånd som gikk til show down var KK. Men jeg hadde begynt å stjele noen blinds med tilsvarende bets og hadde vist økende aggresjon. Jeg tror jeg ble litt for opptatt av min read på all in spilleren. Han var så aggressiv gjennom hele turneringen at jeg vurderte at han godt kunne ha AK eller Kanskje JJ, TT etc. da jeg callet. Men som noen nevnte var jeg litt redd for minst en av limperne som var en tight og utspekulert spiller samt at jeg bør også nevne at BB var leading stack og jo satt etter meg i posisjon.

I like this discussion and this forum It shows that there are different opinion on how to play these situations. I still fail to see why I should push instead of raise, but I might be wrong. The reads are important of course in any hand and I might have pushed this particular hand if I had position. But with players after me in addition to the limpers I will go for a good raise in the future I think. Thanks to all posters by the way.

Thanks for advice I aggree when it comes to raising more than 600, say something like 5-6xBB, but pushing directly will only get me called by AA/KK whatever the read on the player and probably loose my stack. So a higher bet to exclude callers and try to take it down directly makes sence. I still do not see the need to push directly in the given situation though, when I could get the same effect from raising with 25-30% of my stack.

The problem with that scenario is that only AA and KK would call, while the TT, AK and JJ hands that I would want to call my QQ, would probably fold. The fact that I called the push from the aggressive player here does not mean that I would call in any situation. If the two limpers had called the all-in before me I would probably have folded, since at least one of them was a very tight player. At least I now had a choice and I then decided to go with my read.

Jeg mener din turn bet er for lav. Din bet er på 200$ til en 393$ pot, dvs. half pot bet. Dette er for lite når du har både en sannsynlig flush draw og straight draw på bordet. Greit at du dekker Bald_Eagle med din 200 bet, men gollum133 matcher din stack og du bør spille deretter. Push derfor på turn for dine resterende ca. 500$. Flush-draget til gollum må etter din bet calle 200$ til en 593$ pot, som ikke gir ham odds til en call, men dersom han regner med en sannsynlig call fra Baldy blir det 200$ til en 782$ pot som er veldig nær å gi ham odds til å calle deg. Med en bet på 500$ her vil gollum absolutt ikke ha odds til en call. Baldy vil ha odds for sine 189$ uansett, men det er gollum du må sette press på her.

Dersom du har for lite tålmodighet kan det lønne seg å spille to bord samtidig i ring games. Du får da flere hender å spille, selv med en tight taktikk og unngår at det blir for kjedelig. Skal du spille flere enn to bord bør du først ha god kontroll på ditt spill, da det er vanskeligere å få gode reads med mange aktive bord. Et godt utgangspunkt på 50$NL 10 player, er å se flop 20-25% (absolutt max 30%) av dine hender. Spill dine sterke hender aggressivt og med selvtillit, for mange caller med trash likevel og veldig mange chaser flush mot håpløse odds. Unngå å spille tvilsomme hender som KTs, Ax, QJo etc. fra tidlig posisjon og du sparer mye cash over tid. Bløff kun når du er sikker på dine reads og i posisjon, da sjansen for en call er stor på dette nivået. Start med den bank roll som gir max bonus, men ha nok back up på konto til å gjøre nye innskudd opp til 3000 BB. Sitt ned med max buy in og refill dersom du går under 2/3 av buy in. Ikke fortvil om du taper 2-3 stacks til fisk på river, dersom du spiller riktig. Si "nh", ta notat på fisken og vent på din sjanse. Lykke til

I need some advice on these situations in tournaments. The setting is a 2-table 20 players SitnGo tournament with 10+1$ buy in and paying four places. 1500 in chips from the start for a total of 30 000 in chips. Blinds are at 100/200. There are 8 players left and I have had only one really good hand sending two guys out with KK all-in preflop. So my stack is about 4000 when I get dealt QQ in MP with two limpers before me. Actually the pot was about 28$ after the flop, so my 15$ bet on the turn was close to half pot only and a pot size bet would be 25-30$ (my stack 40$), in my opinion committing me to the pot. I think I held back on purpose to have an escape route if raised all-in on the flop by a set. Like you say I was probably too passive to drive a draw out of the pot and should have played with more aggression.
