Jag mailade deras suport om massa strul och fick det här svaret: - - - - Dear customer, We are very sorry that we are forced to send you an auto-reply when you are having problems using our poker client. The reason is that the amount of emails is much larger than what we can handle right now. We are fully aware of the problems you are experiencing with the application at the moment, including tournaments and ringgames not accessible or freezing. Our poker supplier Tain has all available staff working to solve this right now but we do not know when it will be back up at full speed, they have received information of all bugs that has happened so far. Tournaments which froze will be refunded by Tain. We do hope that this gave you some more information, however if you have a very specific question about your personal account that you need an urgent direct answer to we would appreciate if you could mail us at pokerbonus@expekt.com Again, we are truly sorry that we can not give you the personal answer you deserve, but hope that this general answer that you receive directly instead of waiting several hours for a personal reply is satisfactory for you right now.
