Im flying back to Gothenburg 10.15 tomorrow. I will stay there for like a week before I go to Vienna and Baden. Overall, I must be happy with this stay in London. But its really frustrating to bust from the main event which I had been focusing on quite some time. And especially since I think I have been playing so good lately. So no more roomservice for 5 days. Tilt.

Busted after like 20 hands in the main event. One guy limps for the third time so far in MP. Barry limps on the button. I check with KQd on the BB. Flop Qs Ts 4d My plan is here to check-call the flop and lead on a blank turn. MP bets 150 into the 175 pot. Barry folds and I call. Turn Ad Its both a good cad and a bad one. I can break a set if I make runner runner but he could have hit his bad ace or a KJ str8 draw. So I decide to check-call again to get some bluffvalue. I check and he bets 400 and I call. River 3d Perfect card! He has shown so much strength so I decide to let him bet again so I check. He bets 1k and I go into the tank with a hidden smile. I finally reraise him to 3k. I think he can/should pay that off with KJ,44 or even a two pair. Im not impressed by his play so far. After some thinking he makes it 5k more to me. Valuetown. Im pushing for another 2k and he quickly calls me and says sorry man. Sorry? I got the nuts and turn over my KQd. I look at his cards and see 52d for a lower runner runner flush. Then I realize... Baden is the next stop.

There has been some grinding in the hotel room tonight. Shannon is still at the casino playing in the Main Event. Ramzi, Morbo, Donkeybluffs and The__D__Ry has been here. The__D__Ry and Morbo. Morbo is still in the 1M on Stars. First the fire alarm without any shoes... and then he lost with kings three times in a row. Ramzi is on tilt. I wasnt really motivated to play today so I didnt play my best. Im gonna do my best in the main event tomorrow hopefully.

Was at the Casino today to watch some of Day1A. So many faces you reckongnize these days. They had also announced the seatings for tomorrow. I got a TOUGH table. I got Barry Greenstein, Theo Jorgensen and one norwegian guy who finished 2nd I think in Baden last season on my table. But Ill try to play a solid game and avoid mistakes. If I get the right cards in the right situations Ill make it deep in the event. If Barry pushes, I call with any draw.

We woke up around 9.30 today by the freaking fire alarm! So many poker players on the street outside the hotel. Jeff Williams, Woody Deck, Hans Eskilsson and many others. Ramzi had to run away from his 10 tabling 5k sng. Hes tilted and busted and got no shoes.

So we went to eat at this really nice Italian place. Of course shannon wanted ketchup. For desert we all wanted Tiramisu. Guess who slowrolled his. I got the day off tomorrow. Oskar is playing. Im not sure what will happen. Might do some shopping.

I won the 1k event. I started the the day winning a big pot with QQ vs 66. Moved from 156k to 215k. After that I got basically no playable hands so when the final table bubble was with 10 people left I still had 215k. Then came two important pots. First I raise with A7o. BB calls. Flop A34 with a club draw. Check check. Turn Qh. Check, I bet half the pot, like 22k. He calls. River 7c and we both check. He shows KQ. Next orbit I get A9c and raise it up. Same guy calls it in the SB. The BB calls too. Flop was KQ2. Checks around. Turn A. Checks around again. River A. SB checks, BB bets 2BB, 12k. the stacks are pretty deep and my hand only beat bluffs really so I call. Then the SB goes allin for another 85k. Based on his earlier play I rule out KK,QQ and AK-AQ. Despite that, I feel im calling only for a split. He shows KJ and Im big chipleader. Final table isnt much to talk about. I get Kings four times and aces once. I get allin with Kings three times and with aces too. With 3 people left I have about 1.2M chips of the total 1.7M. First prize was 62.5k. I settle for 55k and the 1st place and the trophy. I really really wanted the title. Now Shannon will buy me, Jezaja and Lfx dinner. I made him quite a bit of money too Klonk as we say..

One more pot. Blinds are 1k/2k. Ramzi raises it up second time in a row in ep to 5.5k. Im in CO and go into the tank for 30 seconds with 77 before I announce allin for 40k. Meanwhile the button and SB had folded. They didnt see I was still in. Somehow the floorman sees this and decide that I can ONLY CALL!!! So BB calls the raise too. Flop is 966. BB checks, Ramzi bets 10k and I must fold. He said he had Q9. But seriously, is that the rule ?!?!? Can I only call because two people after me folded??

Woahahahha! Im chipleader in the 1k event with 24 people to go. It has been a really really fun tournament. Im gonna tell you about some key pots. Early on a semifish makes it 400 (4bb) in EP. I call in MP with KQo and SB calls too. Flop is QJ4 rainbow. SB checks, EP bets 1k and I call to see what happens. SB folds and turn comes A. He bets 1500 instantly and begins staring at me too. I go into the tank thinking about my possibilities. I finall make a value raise to 6k to protect my hand and to avoid tricky decisions on the river. He folds. Then I change table and end up next to Barny Boatman. He like to call preflop and float the flop so he is really tricky to play against. In one key pot I fire shots preflop, on the flop and on the turn with air. Putting half my stack in. Luckily he folds. Flop was 987r and I had AQc. Turn came J. Not a funny board. Then comes a really scary pot. Im sitting with like 35k. BB is 600 or so. I make it 1400 preflop with A4d in ep. He calls right behind me. Flop is J84 with two diamonds. I dont want to bet and have him float me so I plan to checkraise. He is good so he kinda senses that and checks behind. Turn is another J. How would u guys play here? I got lowest pair and a huge draw. Anyway, I check again. He bets 2.5k. I really really dont want to call and then check-fold the river if I miss. So I make it 8k with 22k or so behind. He goes into the tank (that felt good) before he finally calls (did not feel good). River is 9d so I get the nut flush. I go into the tank for 5 minutes before betting 10k which is half my stack. I really want to make my play look like a bluff from first to last street. He calls after a while with 22. He put me on a bluff on the turn. I was bluffing and valuebetting and the same time. Sick pot. Then I lose half my stack in the blinds, we are getting allin on a 754 flop. I have Q6 in the BB and he has T7. I double up the next orbit with QJd vs 77. Now im sitting with about 50k when blinds are 3k/1.5k. A short guy with 25-30k pushes from EP. Two pos later goes into the tank for a few seconds and asks for a chip count. He finally pushes all in for 60k. Im looking down at AKc in the SB. What the heck to do? Im slightly below average at this point. Anyway, I call. They turn over 99 and JJ. Flop comes Ah... 9c.... Jc.... turn comes 4c and I shout big time! I win a 140k pot and become chipleader. Before the day is over I manage to steal a few more pots and end up at 156k. Shannon is also 2nd in chips with 148k. Play starts tomorrow at 14.30 local time.

Arrived in London a few hours ago. Only slept like 4-5 hours this night so Im pretty tired. From the airport to the hotel went really fast. The Heathrow Express takes only 15 minutes from the airport to paddington station, fantastic! Then a 5 min cab ride to the hotel. Took a short walk to the casino and registred for the event tonight. I cant understand why they put an EPT event here. The card room in this casino is so damn small. And people smoke in the casino too, tilt. Big tilt also that the hotel didnt have any power adapters. I need one for my computer and we need one for the router. Shannon did not need one for his computer because they had american connections but not european?!!? So anyway, we will go out and get something to eat before the event which starts 19.45 local time. Im too tired to figure out if thats 20.45 or 18.45 swedish time. Me in the room.
