Har tidigare spelat lite på CDPoker men tagit ut pengarna för ett tag sen. Fick nu en $10 bonus helt gratis med krav att man måste spela 1200 CDPoints för att ta ut bonusbeloppet($10).
Sätter mig på ett 0,10/0,20 bord och börjar slaska duktigt(detta är lite under min normala nivå) typ all in varje hand pre:) När krutröken har lagt sig sitter jag med $114 på kontot.
Nästa dag bestämmer jag mig för att ta ut $100 och spela vidare med de $14. Jag gör en uttagsbegäran på $100 och sen börjar jag spela igen för de $14. Går inte lika bra denna gången och jag gular. Aja $100 + tänker jag. Sen får jag detta mail från CDPoker:

Jag kontaktar live supporten. Efter en haltimme svarar en total jubelidiot som heter Carl. Här är chatten:

För er som har orkat läsa ända hit. Jag tycker inte att det är helt självklart att man borde förstå att man ska vänta 7 - 14 arbetsdagar innan man kan spela igen i denna situationen. Jag förstår att deras uttagsprocess är automatisk men jag tycker att supporten kunde hjälpt mig att processa uttaget på $100 efter att jag hade förklarat situationen.
Men vad tycker ni, bra eller anus. Har jag helt fel?
