Hey, i'm writing this in english as I'm norwegian so it might be more easy.
Sorry to hear about this but sad to say that this doesn't suprise me from Martinspoker.
I played their 50k freeroll in September and came in 6th place and won a soccer trip to London to see Chelsea vs Aston Villa, or so I tought. Then after a couple a days I get an email saying I didn't play the right freeroll torunement and have to forfeit the prize (there was one freeroll for new customers and one for exsisting). When I proved that I infact played the right one they turned around and said I didnt play enough vip points to qualify (you had to play 750 vip points in 15 days leading up to the tournement and then buy-in for 750 points). They claimed I had only played 650 points even tough I had exacty 2 points in my account when I deposited money there, played the vip points and bought into the freeroll for 750 points while still having a few points left. So anyway they didn't care, the regular customer support guy (who didnt have a clue) sent my case over to the guy who responded here in this thread (Claus Nielsen) who sent me an email saying he would look into it and I never heard back from him again (even after sending him a couple of more emails, great customer support too).
The value of my prize was nothing like yours and I'm just glad I didnt finish higher in the freeroll (first place was WPT Championchip package, 2-3 was EPT packages) but it goes to show that your taking a risk when playing tournements with advertised prizes at Martinspoker and I will certeinly never play there (or at their sister site Sensepoker) again and neither will my friends.
