  1. Andreas, I fully understand that you are upset at the situation. I just want to let you know that we at Martinspoker had nothing to do with the mistake. That was done by the network we are on. We ordered the tournament without a guarantee and the network mistakenly put up the tournament with the guarantee. We have contacted our network and they are working on this matter. In the meantime, I have ordered the payment of 800 Euro and as far as I know you have already received the money. I understand that this is not the same compensation as you had expected, but that is all we can do unless the network agrees to give you further compensation. Claus Nielsen President Martinspoker.com
