Hej Dagbok! Det här låter säkert jävligt larvigt. Men efter att ha haft ett inte alltför skönt samtal me tjejen deppade jag ihop en sväng och begav mig till gymmet. Så nu är jag iaf nyss hemkommen från mitt andra gympass för dagen. Kändes sjukt nice att bara få ta i o inte tänka på nått. Allting resulterade i att jag va lite extra stark oxå.

Blev inga två gympass idag... Men två pass blev det iaf. Stack ut o sprang istället, blev 5.3km i hyffsat lugnt tempo. Har kännt mig rätt frustrerad och lite smått opeppad hela dagen (förutom om man ser till träning) så det va grymt nice att få pumpa ut lite. Att jag fick inte lite rb på kontot under tiden jag va ute gjorde ju inget alls. Bra inspiration

Ah! Asså det är inte helt ovanligt att jag kör två pass, men det brukar isf bli ett gym och ett löppass. Men idag e jag ju ovanligt sugen på att slita i lita vikter . Men me tanke på att jag nyss blivit frisk så känns det lite dumt. Blir nog en kvällspromenad efter att jag bustat rullen ikväll

Om inte pokern nu går så bra så gör iaf träning så. Har iofs varit lite sjuk nu under senaste veckan så blivit lite sparsamt med att röra på sig. Vaknade iaf imorse och kände mig sjukt taggad och springa iväg till gymmet. Körde ett Bröst/axlar/mage-pass. Va riktigt roligt så nu e jag döpepp på att köra ett till pass ikväll. Bör väll kanske vila men eftersom tjejen ska ut kanske jag drar o pumpar upp armarna lite ändå

Kollade PT nu och ser att jag är back både med sc och osc. Inge vidare där. Jag är även back med händer som AKs, AQs, AQo, ATs, ATo, KQo. Inte heller nått vidare. Jag är brutalt back från SB och BB sen backar jag även från 3-pos. Från Button och framåt lirar jag 20.58/18.32/15.92/10.31/9.37/13.92. Folded SB o BB ligger jag på 87.49/86.84. Antar att jag vill ligga på över 90 på båda här. Lirade en hel del 10-max i vintras och kollade mycket på stats där. Det funkade hyggligt men nu på 6-max känns det mest som att jag sätter mig ner o klickar lite varje gång jag ska lira. Skärpning kanske?!

Har för övrigt cashat ut nästan hela rullen pga alla backdagar jag haft senaste veckorna. Har under Maj lirat 19278 händer på Full Tilt och är atm $55.78 upp, plus $100 till i bonusar. Känns inte alls som nån höjdare. Har lirat 14.86/11.04/3.05 över dessa händer. Vet att det är fett me tight men jag klarar verkligen inte att lira lösare, då går det alltid åt h-te. Dude!!! Folk som läser Tycker inte TT är så lustig. Han sitter ju så ofta på bara en K här. Så de gånger jag väljer att att gå hela vägen här (endast mot vek fi så klart) så måste jag ju beta alla gånger färgen faller. Att det dessutom ligger två J på brädan gör det ju inte heller så lätt för fi att syna en riverbet här. Jag försöker verkligen inte få nån sympati när jag lägger upp händer jag loosar. Jag ser det endast som skönt och avtiltande för mig själv att bara få slänga iväg dom nånstans TT får ni gärna dissa vidare på för den tänker jag annars fortsätta lira på samma sätt. Så härligt att få börja veckan med ett skönt gympass. Blev visserligen inte det bästa pga att jag varit lite sjuk. Men det va härligt att få komma igång igen. Blev ett ganska mysigt pass med inte alltför tunga vikter. Glömde träningsdb'n så kommer inte ihåg exakt va jag körde på. Men d blev typ.. Chins: 3x10 Rodd: 2x12 55kg 2x8 65kg 2x7 70kg Hantelrodd: 3x14 20kg Hantelcurls: 3x16 15kg Sen blev det att varva ner med ett gäng magövningar Nu blire en sväng på borden.

Efter nästan en veckas uppehåll från gymmet ska det bli fruktansvärt härligt att få hugga tag i vikterna och bara ta i idag. Ska köra ett bra pass med fokus på rygg. Får se om jag blandar in nått mer oxå, beror lite på hur jag orkar. Känner mig inte helt hundra ännu. För övrigt så tycker jag mig redan efter en dryg vecka kunna se och känna effekter av att jag ändrat om kosten. Förr låg jag på ca 500g russin i veckan och 3-4 frukter om dagen. Nu kör jag ett äpple om dagen och har istället ökat på fett intaget. Ska bli intressant att se hur det här funkar. Blir att utvärdera lite i slutet av Maj.

Kollade resultat för senaste tidens spel. Ligger $190 upp på nästan 28k händer på NL25. Det är sjukt dåligt och jävligt oroväckande då grafen pekar nedåt med en fruktansvärt negativ derivata. Högsta peaken för alla dessa händer låg på ca $600 upp. Så det tål att tänka över situationen och se hur jävla illa jag spelat senaste dagarna.

Efter en liten paus sätter jag mig o lirar lite till och allt går åt h-te. Tappade ca $60 nu. Vet inte riktigt vad jag ska göra faktiskt.

Imo så va fredagsnatten en sanslös kväll full av hemska utdragningar och en massa oflyt. Vissa skulle väll iofs bara kalla mig fisk, noob och idiot. Hur som helst så slutade det ganska illa med ett back på $154. Igår jobbade jag på den sociala biten o hängde me tjejen hela dagen, och avslutade med en underbart god middag me nåra polare. Började morronen med 1h spel nu och känner fortfarande att jag inte har nått direkt flyt. Lyckades iaf med att plussa $35. Förtillfället ligger jag $170 under månades bästa peak. Känns inte så där jätte skoj. Men ska försöka bättre på det lite under dagen och en hel del ikväll. Nu blir att nöta lite studier nån timme. Angående träningen så inledde jag veckan jävligt bra, men sen kom tjejen hemsläpandes med en förkylning som jag oxå åkte på. Känner mig rätt okej idag så funderar på att köra nått slags träningspass idag. Annars kommer det skrivas lite mer seriöst kommande vecka
