Live poker in Uppsala or Stockholm

Just moved from Canada to Uppsala, looking to play live games, preferably tournaments, and am looking for a comprehensive updated list of what's available.

 

Can anyone help me out?

Hi.

 

I'm not the right person to answer your question, but I'll give it a shot with the most obvious answers:

 

First, there is Casino Cosmopol right by the Central Station in Stockholm. They throw NL tournaments and FL and PL cash games. More information at their web page (a very poor english section, but give it a shot). Minimum age is 20 years.

 

Second, there is Uppsala Pokersällskap (The Uppsala Poker Club). I guess questions are to pe PM:ed to their host "lodbrok", PM him using the PM button in his post in this thread.

 

Third, I'm planning to see if there is any interest of a low stakes FL home game (Texas Hold'em) in Uppsala. Let me know if u're interested.

 

And last, there are a number of poker clubs in Stockholm. I don't know much about them, but I guess someone else does.

Send a PM to me with your email-address and u'll be the first one on my list.. Though if I start a home game it will be small stakes FL like 5/10 SEK or possibly 10/20. Even lower if anyone is interested.

 

EDIT: Anyway, I want to comply with the law, so u must be 18 years old or above..
