Hi Barry

You state in your book that one of your most important qualities as a pokerplayer is knowing when to stop if you are playing bad. You say that you in those cases might just go home and relax with a good dinner and a movie but my question is about if you after such a session thinks through and analyzes why it went bad and try to take that with you in the future and adapt your poker schedule and strategy after that? And also if you think it is an important quality to become a good player to be able to analyze yourself in a negative way and with it all the time trying to improve not only how you play the game but also how you enter the game?
