  1. Thanks for the wait. I am sorry, but upon checking with the Network Specialist we can confirm that there is an issue on our end.

    Please be assured that we are doing our best to sort this out now. Kindly be patient as we resolve this for you. For now what we can advise is to wait for few hours to get this sorted.
