Hej Torben! (Användarnamn: ****** på T6poker) Jag är en snart utexaminerad jurist vid ******* och tänkte få lite praktisk användning för mina kunskaper. Då jag försökt att på vanlig väg få reda på vad som hänt med mina intjänade pengar från ”frirullarna” i december utan någon som helst framgång har jag beslutat mig för att lämna in en stämningsansökan till tingsrätten. Jag har haft ett tiotal konversationer med supporten angående mitt ärende och mailat er skärmdumpar med mina placeringar som bevis. Det enda jag blivit bemött med är bortförklaringar och vidarehänvisningar. Jag beslöt mig för att ”googla” T6poker och fann att folk upplevt samma svårigheter som jag att få ut sina rättmätiga vinstpengar då ni bytt klient. Stämningen kommer att gå under ett ”småmål” vilket är mål om summor upp till 20000 kr, och jag kommer att yrka på skadestånd för uteblivna vinstsummor för de turneringar jag sparat bevisning för samt närstående kostnader. Det hela är självklart en principsak och handlar om en summa à ca 1000 svenska kronor. Stämningsansökan kommer att lämnas in fredagen den 25 januari 2008 och jag kommer även att bifoga en kopia till er per e-post. ___________________________________________________________ Tydligen krävs det åtgärder för att de ska lyssna, tredskodom skulle jag tro....
