Please could you either fax (+44 1925 285 080) or post the following
information:
A copy of the front and back of your debit/credit card
A copy of your passport or other photographic I.D
A debit/credit card statement showing the deposit/s made into your BetFred
account
A recent utility bill in your name
All deposits need to be accompanied by a Deposit Authorization Form for all
your transactions.
Please fax a copy of the completed form for each deposit made from the card.
Once the above documents have been received, we will be able to unlock your
account.
