Mig veterligen är Eurobet den ENDA siten i Ongamenätverket som inte visar när sattelitbiljetter "går ut" och inte heller meddelar NÄR de går ut. Hur kan man ha "bäst före datum" på biljetter utan att komunicera när de är!?!??!?!?!!?

My point is that Eurobet.com is not communicating these dates. And I dont find it reasonable to delete tickets if you dont communicate that you WILL do that neither WHEN you will do that. Is this Eurobets.com's policy?
I know that Eurobet as a company can refund the money or extend the ticket if they want to. I you can not take that decision can you please put me in contact to your superior and have them explain to me how this is reasonable? I do accept you need time frames on tickets, but I demand to be informed about them to be able to accept them. And as a customer I find it very reasonable to be so.

can you please give it another week? I do appreciate that you need to have "best before dates" but I dont find it ok NOT to state anywhere on the site what that date is. And now I got the feedback from you the day before it expires (and I read your answer today - the day after)
