Har en fråga om WSOP, såhär står det på deras hemsida :

What must I provide to collect Tournament Winnings?

Winners must show their current valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military

identification card) acceptable to Caesars in order to collect prizes. If a participant is not a U.S. citizen, a

current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.

• U.S. Residents: Must provide a Social Security Number.

• U.S. residents not providing a Social Security Number, will be subject to 28% tax withholding.

• Foreign Residents of U.S. Tax Treaty Countries: Must provide an Individual Tax Identification Number.

• Foreign Residents of Treaty Countries, not providing an Individual Tax Identification Number, will be

subject to 30% tax withholding.

• Foreign Residents of U.S. Tax Non-Treaty Countries: Will be subject to 30% tax withholding.

 

 

Jag vet att det blir 30 % skatt när man kommer hem till Sverige på vinster (om man nu gör en vinst) MEN kommer det bli en 30 % skatt i USA och en 30 % skatt i Sverige ?

Det blir inte skatt i USA om du gör rätt... dvs. fyller i ngt formulär, därför att Sverige har "Tax Treaty" med USA.

which time it the best to fill the application , i.e there in wsop after you win, or now?

if there are they going to help you to fill it or not ?

 

After you fill it can you get you winnings directly or you should wait until you get the numbet?
