Hej Ronny,

 

Första gången du gör ett uttag behöver du identifiera dig. Använder du dig dessutom av kreditkort så behöver du signera dina insättningar.

 

Support ber dig att skicka in följande dokument:

 

1) kopia på ID, körkort eller pass

2) kopia på räkning som styrker din bostadsaddress

3) kopia på fram och baksida på det kreditkort du använt för att sätta in pengar med (du kan stryka över CVV2 siffrorna)

4) signera det dokument (deposit confirmation form) med dina insättningar som du skall ha fått skickat till dig.

 

Det enklaste är att scanna dessa dokument och bifoga de scannade filerna i ett mail till support så att kan de skicka pengarna.

 

Detta behöver du bara göra en gång.
