hand import full tilt

tjena har precis köpt pokertracker 3 och jag får det inte att funka till full tilt poker.. när jag ska börja importera händer så kommer det bara en massa röd text och jag fattar ingenting.. så om nån har tid att hjälpa till pm:a msn
